We want you to be fully satisfied with your Wu-Tang Clan Shop gear, so we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to maintain the integrity of the Shaolin style.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship Your Gear
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
